In 1992, Mr. Goulart received his law degree from the University of Colorado, School of Law and in 1993 was admitted to the Bar of the State of Colorado. Prior to embarking on his career in the law, Don had nearly a career’s worth of experience throughout the construction industry. Don owned and operated a successful commercial and residential construction company in Boulder, Colorado for fifteen years prior to his legal career. Don’s experience in the construction industry also involved working as a licensed commercial and residential general contractor in both Boulder/Denver, Colorado metropolitan area, as well as in the State of California. Don also has two years experience in the field of architecture and design while working as a Director of CAD Services for a large architectural firm in California. Moreover, Don has also traveled throughout the entire United States, serving as a construction consultant for large construction companies, providing guidance and expertise in the areas of estimating, cost accounting, marketing and job procedures.
